House For Sale!!!

This week was a very busy week for us. Lance and I decided to sell our house. We are interested in buying a farm, so selling our house gets us one step closer to the purchase of a farm. The plan is to sell our house and move into Lance's parents until we find what we are looking for.
The next chapter is always a new adventure at The Ringhand's.
The pictures are much better on the website. Feel free to take a look.

Literacy Night at Locust Corner

Tonight was literacy night at Laney's school. We enjoyed the program and really enjoyed watching Laney sing and perform on stage. She is getting to be such a big girl. She even had a small speaking part. Laney said, "and now it's time to say good bye.." She is too stinking cute. I was sorry that Lance missed it. I was very impressed with everything they gave out. Each student received a book bag with ten books plus a book set with either a CD or a stuffed animal. Thank you Locust Corner!Easter 2010

(The pictures above are in reverse order.) The night before Easter, the girls and I decorated the car. Grandma Baur had given the girls some glass paint that I finally let them use. I knew it was going to make a huge mess. The girls had so much fun painting with their fingers.
Easter morning was spent at our house. I have always loved Easter so I usually go all out with the girls. The Easter Bunny made a path for each of the girls with yarn throughout the house. They each followed their own path that led them to their Easter baskets. It was fun watching them follow the string.
Next - To the Farm - We spent most of Easter Sunday at my grandparents Farm in Indiana. We enjoyed the beautiful weather. We hiked, fished, and of course had an egg hunt. The kids were so excited. Their baskets got so heavy they had trouble holding them. Finally, I had them each put their baskets down and bring the eggs to their baskets.
After the farm we decided that it wasn't too late to stop by and see all of the Ringhands. I was so glad we were able to spend time with both sides of the family. What a huge blessing it is to be close to both of our families.
This year, Laney found the golden egg. She was so excited. Golden egg = 5 bucks!!!
