Easter Sunday, April 24th - The girls started their day by following rope through the apartment to the washer and dryer. They found the two machines full of new stuffed animals and Dinosaur Train coloring books. They were so excited. The rope thing was a tradition we started years ago and the girls look forward to it every year. At 1:00 we were able to go to church as a family. It had been too long. It was so good to be there.
One of the talks still stands out in my mind. The question was Who is Christ? The point of the talk was Who Christ Is depends on each of our relationships with Him. The thing about church is you may hear the same lesson over and over again, but it just needs to take once to really make a profound impact. It was the perfect lesson for an Easter Sunday.
