Out and About

Finally, I am seeing some improvements with Parker. When I got to the hospital this morning he was awake and looking around. He was laying on his back and even sucking on his vent tube. He responded nicely to my touch. I touched his foot and he moved it away. Earlier this week he didn't even move when they placed IVs in his head. Parker has a very long way to go, but it is nice to see him heading in the right direction.

After my visit with Parker I decided that there is no time like the present to stop in at work. I needed to get my computer migrated over (new upgraded computer). I.T. was getting a little irritated that they haven't been able to complete their assignment...my migration was originally scheduled for the day I was put on bed rest. Needless to say...I had to cancel. So, I was able to drop my computer off today.

I must admit I was a little nervous about going into work, but of course everything was fine. I was so happy to see all of my beautiful colleagues. We are so lucky to have such a good group. Thank you all for being so supportive!!! Love you!!! I am looking forward to my return to work when the timing is right.
